DIGITAL SCHOOLING – A PARADIGM SHIFT IN EDUCATION
While these troubled times have provided us some digital tools to keep the students engaged and bring some sanity in the minds of the stakeholders that is school life is somehow moving. In reality, all are waiting for the schools to open, whenever earliest possible in the present circumstances and schooling as we al know comes back on its rails. Schooling becoming digital schooling remains not even in the realm of the imaginary. The likely scenarios are two that in the case of the present health crisis continuing, the schools may have to move on to this mode in near permanent and wholistic way.
The second scenario is after trying the first one decide on a totally different type of schooling which can only be defined as Digital Schooling, where they would be no need for a physical school, at the very best an administrative / official head office sort of an mechanism. What has not even been imagined for sure cannot be treated to have the capability to be brought into reality. Most of things we treated as common today started in this manner.
