INNATE CAPABILITY TO GET ALONG

Social inclusion, team bonding, organisational culture, shared vision / trust et al, can happen if the individual had a innate capability to get along. Under different names & training programs, the management tries to bring the employees to one fold. With commercialism as the undercurrent, more often than not, it does not happen. The organisation like Amul, who make it happen, remain in the lead.

The modern educational system & the modern enterprises do not teach this great skill. Even if one has the capability to get along, it is put in commercial mercenary package. For all the traits the enterprises want to teach their employees, God only knows much they learn, if they learn any, compliance apart. The person with an innate capability to get along, finds ways to navigate, get collaborators and finally delivers. He delivers over & over again. Humility is inherent in such individuals with mercenary approach to deliverables.

With a string of deliveries in the professional domain, such people enter the public domain. Public domain is a fertile hunting ground for such people, who have innate capability to get along. They can decide on the resources with the same trait & also have the liberty to select an activity or project of their choice. Few individuals with innate trait to get along, wedded to a cause, with a mercenary zeal to achieve, have delivered products & enterprises; social movements & even independence.

This is the way of a leader. After strings of deliveries in the public domain, the innate capability to get along can create an area of influence & faith, which can facilitate doing larger projects & programs. Seamless communication is a trait of such leaders, which happens for a purpose. With purpose getting attached to the innate capability to get along, this would be a new beginning in professional management of the projects. A new world; social, economic & political.

INTENSE DEEP DIVE INTO BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS FACILITATES HR DEVELOPMENT.
