PRACTITIONER- ACADEMICIAN MODEL
Untrodden paths provides newer ways. Newer ways provide for incremental growth on a sustained basis. Herein lies the genesis of this model.
The practitioner’s experience feeds into the academic institutions, which taken as critical inputs for academic research creates newer models, processes, systems. These products are pushed back to the real world for testing, pilot and if successful, can go in for mass application as well. The experiential learning is again fed to the academic / research institutions and this completes the life cycle. The INTERNET is itself a product of this model and also the end to end functioning encryption model called TOR. There are endless examples worldwide.
I have practiced this model at an individual level and it has worked wonders for me. The knowledge, confidence and the applicability grows manifold and so do the chances of success.
