SILENT PUBLIC DOMAIN PRESENCE & IMPACT

The public domain is generally known for its clamour and cacophony where dust and fury reigns supreme. When the dust gets clear, the razzmatazz of the event takes over, it being of some scale, grandiose you may say, would decide the success of the event. Whether cause is warranted or not is a different story. Could it have been frugal if not shoestring? Does the success of the event necessarily mean the success of the cause? It’s generally seen the cause is forgotten even before the completion of the event. When the cause is important and needs time, energy, passion, mobilisation and final delivery what is the preferred mode.

The termite of event and multimedia presence in the social media have hit conferences, workshops and symposiums relieving them of the charm of a robust presence, effectiveness and impact in the public domain. It has become more of multimedia show, the agenda moves nowhere and repeat same in the next version. The country loses on business opportunity, research engagements, awareness and handholding, creating passion in non-mundane things and capability to have a silent public domain presence and immense impact.

Silent Public Domain Presence is the art of working consistently in the public domain using the tool of Public Speaking to seamless action, making immense presence and impact devoid of clamour, cacophony and the jazz. First, all these needs to be dispensed with, given the serious nature of the cause and secondly, people busy all these would never will have the time, focus, dedication, passion and ”whatever come may delivery mindset” required.

In place of the event publicity material you have the original writings of the Change Agent who is making things happen. Instead of the event management company you have a well doctrinated team for the cause, which becomes more robust with every passing day. They also become Silent Public Domain Performers. Unlike the event, this fever is forever. Silent Public Domain Performance over a period of time may gain critical mass and traction to make humungous positive / proactive change happen.

ITS TIME TO SWITCH OVER FROM THE CACOPHONY TO SILENT PUBLIC DOMAIN PRESENCE MODEL.
