WHAT WE CREATE IS WHAT WE KNOW!

It has been a nauseating exercise to equate knowledge with degrees. This premise has been proven to be wrong. Then the added baggage is the the institution you have gone to. If you ended up getting some medals then the world of should fall on your feet for all times to come. We are unaware of the facts under which you got the marks you did. With variety of institutions dotting the academic skyline, which one is the skyscraper is difficult to find out and accepting each of the those in the believed skyscrapers as fighter pilots is another far fetched claim. How much of water has passed since then is very important?

 

What you have lost in the interregnum and what the world has gained is the biggest differentiator. But if you indulge in such a calculation then you are the villain of the piece. The best way to differentiate between the wheat and chaff is a very simple formula which states, what we create is what you know. Anything less that is not learning and certainly not learning which you can boast of. The learning you left with is what you cannot even be talk about leave aside making any use of it. A string of certificates cannot be an answer to everything. It might run fine for birth, identify, address et al but certainly not for knowledge or expertise. It is an outright no.

We have been running the biggest commercial enterprise of non-proven certificates in this country. What can you create with the knowledge you have? The person should have given a demonstrated capability of his knowledge and what it has ended in. What we create is the productisation of knowledge. Had we followed this route where would have we reached?  A thousand roses of knowledge would have bloomed everywhere. The certificates would have them been treated as deadwood, nobody would have asked for it and nobody would have felt the need to display it.

This thought process if ingrained in our educational system would mean a paradigm shift in every aspect of education. If the engineering colleges get into this mode, the country would progress through the roof. A vitiated and perverted version of knowledge has brought to this sad state of affairs. Every shake holder in the educational process wants to have his pound of flesh. At the very least you be like the fighter pilot. He who controls a beast is the fighter. What is important is to repeat it endlessly till it becomes our way of life is Only Hands On is On. Only after that stage, creation can  start. We have to reach there first.

EDUCATION SHOULD BE ELEVATING AND EXHILARATING ENOUGH TO  PROPEL YOU TO CREATE.
