GOOGLE FIRES BACK WITH GEMINI 4 ARGON

After a slow 2026, Google has launched Gemini 4 Argon, its most powerful AI model yet, designed to handle complex coding, legal, finance, and long-video tasks better than before. Early tests show it beating rivals from OpenAI and Anthropic on many benchmarks, marking Google’s return to the top tier of AI.

Right now, Argon is available only to selected cybersecurity teams, with wider access for paying users expected soon at low introductory prices. It leads in several work-related tests but still lags behind on some advanced coding tasks where OpenAI’s Astra remains ahead.

Gemini is now a serious contender because it combines strong performance in real-world jobs with Google’s huge ecosystem of users and products. In simple terms, Argon is Google’s new top AI built for long, difficult tasks, able to produce up to 1 million tokens of output and understand hours of video or large documents.

The AI race today is a close three-way contest: OpenAI leads in developer tools, Anthropic in safe reasoning, and Google in enterprise work and ecosystem reach. Who wins will depend on how well these models perform once they are widely used by companies and developers around the world.

GOOGLE IS BACK IN THE AI RACE — BUT THE REAL TEST BEGINS NOW.

Have a nice evening.
