LEADERSHIP
The matrix of leadership is being fathomed out by management gurus for long and still remains elusive. Everyone has a formula but unfortunately, it does not deliver. More often than not it is derived from others experience and does not foot the bill in a specific geography or sector. Leadership to my experience cannot be thrust upon people, however much we try is my experience. The urge to be one propelled by a sense of purpose in life and profession, facilitates it happen. It becomes a calling in life. The taste of the pudding is in having it and thus the the real taste of leadership is in seeing and experiencing things happen.
LEADERSHIP IS THE CAPABILITY TO MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
