Visual medium hits our senses as no other and more so movies. Our inability to inculcate extremely professionally depicted ideas of life to real life has limited the utility of this medium to only pure entertainment, having no role to play in our lives beyond those three hours. Few years back when 25 living Indian legends were being felicitated, majority of them had their fathers as their role models. Beyond that, Dangal, projects a Life Coach, way beyond the imaginary, what a father / parent can play in the life of the child. What parenting can deliver is on public display in comparison to the general escapism parenting which is seen all around. Leaving complete decision making to child and also its implementation goes beyond rational things. Parents are best facilitators & counsellors.
To create the conviction of a winner is what life is all about. That life is barely anything beyond the sum total of skill & effort and that effort need not be calculated till you achieve success. There is nothing that I did my best and failed, life keeps you giving opportunities, and you will fail when you have decided to fail.
Human psyche is primordial to our existence, understanding it is critical to everything we do. Understanding the opponent, as in this case, at a psychological level made the difference between winning and losing as the strategy is broadly dependent on it. Understanding the psyche has to based on objectivity and empirical research rather than perception.
Society will behave the way it does and governmental agencies might not be forthcoming, to make it happen is your battle of life and it’s doable.
