Initiatives in the digital space are leapfrogging. The change is perceptible. But silos are getting created once again. Of vendors / technologies / versions / formats and the like. Collaboration is still in a nebulous stage. Clarity of the desired goals propel change and so does the knowledge of the execution process. Shared vision of stakeholders is the ideal undercurrent for humungous technological change.
