IN SEARCH OF TALENT

Searching talent, seemingly conspicuous is actually a discerning art, both empirical and objective, not matured in this country either at level of family, society, organisations or at the governmental level. It’s commonplace in social discussions that talent was not known or recognised at a young age and so got wasted. Most of us are in jobs on a pay package formula rather than talent and once employed and align accordingly.

When talent meets opportunity it blossoms and one of its kind human capital gets created. The recent successes of Gopichand Badminton Academy, Hyderabad, is a standing testimony to this thought process.

Talent gets naturally wedded to passion and work becomes fun and result emanating out of it way beyond what best of regimen and supervision can successfully produce.

Making it structured in different sectors, both private and public, can help start a revolution where talent is first discovered and then provided an ecosystem, which has capability to utilise such talent in the best possible manner. Otherwise, one has keep proving his or her capabilities all their professional life which more often than not is not existing or it is not at par. It is professional challenged life.

TALENT ONCE GROOMED CREATES HUMAN CAPITAL SUFFICIENT ENOUGH TO TRANSFORM NATIONS.
