IN SEARCH OF TALENT
Searching talent, seemingly conspicuous is actually a discerning art, both empirical and objective, not matured in this country either at level of family, society, organisations or at the governmental level. It’s commonplace in social discussions that talent was not known or recognised at a young age and so got wasted. Most of us are in jobs on a pay package formula rather than talent and once employed and align accordingly.
