Personal power is the capability to create a positive individuality in himself, sufficient enough to take life in the direction chosen & creating influence much beyond the position held & authority commanded, if any. Personal power can be called as the inner strength of a human being, which gets reflected in his work; professional & personal. Not as nebulous as it thought, it has clear cut behavioural & professional traits, making such people stand out. They create an ecosystem, wherein others can follow them to make immense changes to their lives. Making Change Happen is the crux of Personal Power.
Unwavering unstinted focus the beacon of light towards the achievement of Personal Power, perseverance remains the undercurrent of every activity they perform.
